When can I check in?
Check-in is available from 13:00 to 21:30.
When do I need to check out?
Check-out is available from 06:00 to 10:30.
When is breakfast available?
Breakfast is available from 06:00 for 10 € per person, per day. Add breakfast to your enquiry or ask at the hotel.
How do room enquiries work?
Send us a non-binding room enquiry. We will email you to confirm receipt, then review your request. Your booking is confirmed only when we send a separate booking confirmation.
How can I pay?
Please pay at the hotel in cash, by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at Hotel Johnel.
Can I request several rooms for employees?
Yes. Use the company enquiry form or contact the hotel directly.
Can I receive a company invoice?
Yes. Include your invoice request and company details in your room enquiry.
Is free parking available?
Free parking is available at the hotel.
